The menu is 95% naturally vegan, powered by seasonal, local produce and zero reliance on soy, fake meats or ultra-processed fillers. Expect vegetables, grains and pulses reimagined into bold, boundary-pushing dishes that don’t just imitate meat, they make it irrelevant.
Sustainability here is more than a buzzword. The kitchen runs without gas or coal, ingredients are sourced from organic farmers who share its values, and every choice is made to lower impact while raising flavour.
